Recently listed, this beautiful property has everything necessary to feel at home from the minute you step inside. Initially bought for own stay when we are back at Ipoh, we decided to rent it out for others. Please note that this apartment is only for Muslims tenants only. Thank you.

This calming apartment located at the developing neighbourhood of Meru Raya, Ipoh. This is the new location for all Ipoh's Goverentment bodies - similar to Putrajaya. Irlanda is situated at 23th floor, of Casa Kayangan @ Meru, a luxury apartment located at the heart of Meru Raya. Initial intention was to furnish this apartment for family use, but due to it's emptiness during most days, we have decided to rent it out as short vacation stay. Do stay at Irlanda, because you will experience a homey feelings in this apartment.

What You Need
This property completes with an infinity adult swimming pool, kids pool, pool cafe - which serves breakfast for guests. Children's playgorund and gymnasium also available for use. All of these located at level 2. Designated parking and ample amount of visitor parking also convenient for guests to park their cars. There is 24 hour security system and cctv around the premises.

3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with queen bed each and another bedroom with a custom made bunk bed. This bunk bed especially designed for our kids. This bedroom includes a study table and a box full of toys. The design of this room is cheerful so that it goes with the inner nature of childrens.
The kitchen facilities includes a fridge, induction cooker, pans, utensils, mugs and plates.

We have 40inch TV, MyFreeView channels (9 local channels) and DVDs with DVD player to let you chill out at the living room.

Steam iron and ironing board is also provided for you to prepare your outfit for the day!

For Your Convenience
This apartment includes facilities like swimming pool - both children & adult swimming pool (infinity pool), pool cafe (they also serve breakfast), children's playground, gym, and a surau at the ground floor of block A. There's plenty of visitor parking. Parking designated for Irlanda is at 430 spot. For now, it is not covered parking spot, but we are hoping for it to be in the future.
